Q. Can we bring our own bats?
A: Rawlings has partnered with Batbox to deliver the ultimate hitting experience with premium, pro-grade bats available for every guest. You’re welcome to bring your own aluminum bat, but we highly recommend using the Rawlings lineup designed specifically for Batbox gameplay. For safety reasons, wooden bats are not allowed. No exceptions.
Q. If we reserve two boxes for the same night, can we make sure they’re next to each other?
A: Standard online reservations don’t guarantee that boxes will be side by side. If you’re planning for multiple boxes or a larger group experience, we recommend completing our event inquiry form so our team can coordinate your setup and keep your party together.
Q. What’s the youngest age allowed for players?
A: Batbox is built for players of all ages to enjoy, but for safety and gameplay reasons, we can only allow players ages 6 and up to participate.
Q. Can groups smaller than 4 reserve a box?
A: Yes! Batbox was designed to bring back the energy and nostalgia of team sports. Every game mode is built around the fun of playing together, whether that means cheering each other on or competing head to head. Our minimum party size to reserve a box is 2 players.
Q. What’s the difference between a regular box and an MVP Box?
A: Our MVP Boxes provide a bit more space, upgraded seating, additional screens, and more privacy for a more intimate experience.
