These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and digital properties operated by Batbox Holdings Inc, Batbox Simulators LLC, Batbox Addison LLC, and all affiliated and subsidiary entities (collectively, “Batbox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Book simulator reservations
  • Submit inquiries regarding events, licensing, investment, or general interest
  • Create and manage your Batbox account

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Bookings and Payments

Venue bookings and other purchases made via the Site may be processed through third-party platforms such as Stripe or GoTab. By completing a transaction, you agree to their respective terms and policies. Batbox does not store or process your credit card or financial information directly.

4. Data Collection and Use

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We collect and use data for purposes including:

8. Arbitration and Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas under the rules of JAMS. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms. All provisions related to ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
