Q. What Is Batbox?
A: Batbox is a next-generation technology and entertainment company built around immersive gameplay and a social, high-energy vibe. Whether you visit one of our flagship venues or a licensed partner location, you’re part of a global Batbox network. We’re on a mission to build the world’s largest connected baseball ecosystem—linking hundreds of venues and thousands of players through a unified, tech-powered experience. Our system supports online competitions, real-time play, and a new generation of fans who don’t just watch the game—they play it, live it, and own it every day.
Q. Do I need to know how to play baseball?
A: Not at all. Our games are built for all skill levels, with adjustable difficulty settings and approachable formats. Whether it’s your first time swinging or you’ve played for years, you’ll have a blast.
Q. How many people can play at once?
A: Each box accommodates up to 10 players at a time, and we require a minimum of 4 players. For larger parties and to book multiple boxes next to each other, please inquire about a Private Event.
Q. Can I reserve ahead of time?
A: Yes! Reservations will be available online ahead of our grand opening. Walk-ins will be welcome based on availability, but we recommend booking in advance—especially on weekends or for larger groups.
Q. Do you host private events?
A: Absolutely. We offer everything from small group reservations to full venue buyouts. Check out our Private Events page or submit an inquiry to get started.
Q. Is Batbox family friendly?
A: Yes! Kids, teens, and adults are all welcome. We offer gameplay modes suitable for younger players, and our staff is always on hand to make sure everyone has fun and stays safe.
We will be a 21+ venue after 8pm every night of the week.
Q. What kind of food and drinks do you serve?
A: Our menu features elevated takes on ballpark classics, along with craft cocktails, mocktails, and shareable snacks. Expect flavor-forward dishes that pair perfectly with your play.
Q. Where are you located?
A: Our first U.S. location is opening in Addison, Texas at 5100 Belt Line Rd, Suite 612. More venues are coming soon to cities across the country. We are also installed at licensed partner venues across the world.
